In June, the company completed the joint-stock reform and changed its name to Henan Mingtai Aluminum Co., LTD. In July, we obtained the ISO9000:2000 quality management system certification. In November, our products were identified as famous brand products in Henan Province.
The company was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange of China.
Zhengzhou Mingtai Transportation New Material Co., LTD was established.
German SMS mill was introduced (a total of 4 sets in China), with a maximum rolling width of 2650mm. Batch production of super wide aluminum plate started.
Henan Mingtai Al. Industry Co., Ltd achieved Lloyd’s Register of Shipping (LR) and Bureau Veritas (BV) certification.

The cold rolling mill of South Korea Gwangyang Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., an overseas wholly-owned subsidiary of Mingtai Aluminum, was put into operation.
Henan Mingtai Al. Industry's green aluminum alloy project with an annual production capacity of 700000 tons was selected as the "key Construction projects of Henan Province in 2022".
Henan Mingtai Technology Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mingtai Aluminum, won the 2022 China Aluminum Foil Innovation Award for its product low-carbon 3004 high-strength honeycomb core aluminum foil.
